Privacy Policy

MarketingMeasure respects each individual’s right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at MarketingMeasure’s web site.

Part I. Information Collection

MarketingMeasure collects information through our web site at several points. We collect the following information about primary visitors: name, email addresses and other voluntary information.

We may also collect name, email addresses and other voluntary information which our users divulge about other people. MarketingMeasure does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information.

We collect the following general data that is not personally identifiable information: traffic data for site navigation analysis. We collect demographic data in order to target only that information which may be relevant to our visitors.

We collect this information through registration forms, clickstream tracking, automatic logging files, page tags, and visitor submitted email requests. The information is collected [voluntarily or involuntarily]. To receive our products and services, registration is mandatory because our b-to-b relationship is not conducted conducted exclusively online. Other information we request is optional.

We do employ 1st party cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user’s computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Cookies enable MarketingMeasure to track usage patterns and deliver customized content to users. Our cookies do not have an expiration date. Our cookies do not collect personally identifiable information.

Part II. Information Usage.

The information collected by MarketingMeasure will be used for one-to-one marketing with the client who supplied it. Users who provide information will receive email announcements, advertisements, and other types of information as approved by the visitor prior to providing that information.

Registered users may from time to time receive additional announcements from us about products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.

The information we collect will be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history. We may or may not supplement information collected at our Web site with data from other sources.

We will not share data with third parties.

Information translation from English to any other language may be offered at our discretion. Current translation technology will be utilized and accurate translation cannot be guaranteed.

We offer links to other Web sites. Please note: When you click on links to other Web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies. Their standards may differ from ours.

If our policy on information collection or uses changes, will advise you by email within three business days of posting the updated policy.

Part III. Access to Information

Users may access their own personal information and contact us about inaccuracies they may find. Users may delete their information from our database if authorized to do so via access level permissions or by email request.

Part IV. Problem Resolution

If problems arise, users may contact MarketingMeasure by any of the methods listed on our Contact Us pages. We are committed to resolving disputes within 72 hours.
