Simple Marketing Plans

60% or more of all small business owners don’t have a written marketing plan. Those that do typically fail to utilize them to their fullest and refer to them infrequently enough to make them almost pointless. Our answer to that is a simple approach: a written marketing plan is still necessary but it should be written and presented in such a simple form that its’ use cannot be avoided.

Here’s our approach to producing a Simple Marketing Plan:

  • We’ll complete and review a short, planning questionnaire.
  • We’ll develop simple goals, strategies, and tactics to accomplish them, within your budget.
  • And rather than writing a lengthy volume of detail that will probably never be read, we’ll create an annual calendar of your plan that you can follow. We’ll even create a poster version for your wall so your plan will always be right in front of you.
  • Then, we’ll act as your marketing management team to implement the plan with you, or for you.

Sound simple enough? Yes, a lengthy tome riddled with detail is more likely to garner the admiration and envy of your peers. But if it’s not read or utilized on a daily basis it’s nothing more than a very expensive and quite useless document.

Our finished version of your marketing plan will come to you as a simple set of Excel spreadsheets, a poster version of your plan and a direct number to your marketing manager.

Call this number today, 214-213-7445, and let’s arrange some time to talk about how a Simple Marketing Plan might benefit your business. The talk is free and the marketing plan is inexpensive. What do you have to lose?

    • Why Customers Won’t Buy (Despite Getting To Your Product Page) March 11, 2010
Imagine you own a toy-truck company. And on your toy-truck website you sell red trucks. And blue trucks. And green trucks. And yellow trucks. And mauvish-orange trucks (ok, so I’m running out of primary colours) Which means you’ve pretty much got a Products Page with loads of trucks. So logically, or so you think, the customer will head to your website, and […]
