		<description>Here here, Mr. Crum!  A handwritten note will never go out of style.  It&#039;s personal, time-consuming (albeit time well spent), and not soon forgotten by a client.  Occasionally I&#039;ll even send a thank you note after receiving a long overdue payment...and I could hear the jaw hitting the floor all the way across town.</description>
