Collateral Design

You have an idea. You know what you want to accomplish. You may even know the message you want to deliver but you need a little help to make it all come together and reach the level of professionalism you demand in your business.

From Concept to Completion

We can help you take your “cocktail napkin” concept and develop it into a finished, professional product. Our on-staff graphic artist will work directly with you to determine your message, your budget, and the overall objectives of your campaign then ensure that they’re incorporated into your campaign elements (mail pieces, brochures and other elements).

Graphic design talent is available for everything from business cards to custom pocket folders, from postcards to custom market mail pieces. Typesetting has come a long way since the days of the early print pioneers who “set type” in wooden trays to spell the words and messages used to print the job.

We maintain the latest, practical versions of each of the following software programs:

  • InDesign
  • PhotoShop
  • Illustrator
  • Quark
  • Acrobat

Documents destined for offset presses or digital output should be designed in one of these programs. While we will accept files from software programs including Word, Powerpoint, even Publisher, and other non-page-layout programs, they are not intended to be used as page layout programs. Our experience indicates that they will most assuredly be accompanied by additional graphics time because of the extra labor/time involved in getting these programs to perform as they were never intended to do.

Our standard production procedure includes a proof of any document we’re involved in designing for you. The first proof is on us. If we need to correct any of our own errors and re-issue another proof then that’s on us, too. Making corrections to any of your errors or changes made from “designing-on-the-fly” will incur additional graphics time as well as proofing costs.
